How to connect
Step 1: Register an account on this server.
Step 2: Download AIM. Recommended version: AIM 5.9.
Step 3: During AIM setup or in preferences, set the server to:
nikoheloaim.duckdns.org
Step 4: Sign in with your screen name and password.
Note: Screen names are 3-16 characters, letters and numbers only. Case is ignored.

Port: 5190
TLS: No
Protocol: OSCAR
How to connect
Step 1: Register an account on this server. Your UIN must be a number between 10000 and 2147483646.
Step 1: Download ICQ 2000b.
Step 3: Open Registry Editor and navigate to:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Mirabilis\ICQ\DefaultPrefs
Step 4: Create or set the following values:
Default Server Host = nikoheloaim.duckdns.org
Default Server Port = 5190
Make sure to turn on Decimals before inputing the port.
Step 5: Launch ICQ, select Existing User, and enter your UIN and password.
Note: Do NOT set the server during the registration wizard. Set it via registry after completing the wizard.

Server: nikoheloirc.duckdns.org
Port (plain): 6667
Port (TLS): 6697
Network: msdos is gay
How to connect
No registration required. Just connect with any IRC client.
Step 1: Download an IRC client. Recommended: mIRC or HexChat.
Step 2: Add a new server with the following settings:
Server: nikoheloirc.duckdns.org
Port: 6667 (plain) or 6697 (TLS/SSL)
Step 3: Connect and pick a nickname. No registration needed.
Step 4: Hope you know how to use an IRC server.

Fun fact, these servers used to only be on ports between 32768 and 49151, until on today (as im writing this you might not see it today) the 03/07/2026 (MM/DD/YYYY Format) i went and got a full stack IP V4. The ports for the IRC server were 40000 for plaintext and 40001 for TLS/SSL and for the OSCAR/AIM/ICQ server it used to be 40500 until i found out ICQ fucking hates the something integer and wont go over it (it didn't like exactly every ports i used to only be able to do god this is long).
Yes, the ICQ and AIM servers use the fucking same duckdns address, I DON'T HAVE 50 SLOTS ON DUCKDNS OK???
